Agri-Civic Center Operations Supervisor – FT $33,278 – Agri-Civic Center

Performs duties of a supervisor in the maintenance, operations, and repair of the Agri-Civic Center facilities, equipment, and appurtenances.


  • Performs hands on tasks and manages others in activities essential to the operation of a multi-purpose public assembly/equine event facility

  • Schedules, receives, and expedites service/maintenance needs (carpentry, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, air condition, moving, etc.)

  • Performs liaison functions for contracted projects, including rental equipment and special services.

  • Prepares reports, maintains various records and time sheets, processes work orders.

  • Orders, inventories, and controls all maintenance supplies and facility equipment.

  • Coordinates acquisition of bids for contracting services and/or equipment.

  • Performs other event and operations supervisory duties as assigned.

  • Schedule may be adjusted to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday event bookings.


  • High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency.

  • Five (5) years of increasingly responsible management experience in maintenance and operations.

  • Ranch or farm management experience with equine show experience preferred

  • Valid Florida Driver’s License
