Head Mechanic – Vehicle Maintenance FT - $38,580
Supervisory and highly skilled mechanical and lead work in the repair and maintenance of gasoline and diesel powered and related public safety (fire/rescue) equipment. 
Requirements
-Experience in all types of automotive repair and maintenance,
-Knowledge and experience with tools and equipment needed for major and minor repairs of diesel motors and diesel powered equipment.
- Knowledge and experience with hydraulic systems, especially those employed in diesel powered Public Safety equipment,
-Ability to perform both gas and arc welding, including knowledge of various metals, heat ranges applicable to welding various metals, and proper rods to be used for various metals
-Knowledge of Fleet Management procedures and computerized systems.
Licenses
-Valid Florida Commercial Driver’s license with safe driving record with no more than 3 points off license,
-Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification in engine repair and/or electrical systems, air conditioning and brakes,
 
Graduation from high school or equivalent recognized certification, completion of a two (2) year technical/vocational automotive repair program; five (5) years of experience in the repair, maintenance and servicing of diesel motors and diesel powered emergency equipment, including experience in all types of automotive repair and maintenance.  Two (2) years of supervisory experience in the automotive industry or any equivalent combination of related training and experience.
  
Office/Case Manager Coordinator - $34,278
Responsible social work provided to senior clients, as well as the administrative management for all service provision in the case management section and the Senior Services Division.  This position is the back-up to the Program Manager; must be knowledgeable of all the operational aspects of the Senior Services Division along with overseeing the day to day activities of the case managers.
Responsibilities:
-Supervises and participates in service programs for financial assistance including preliminary eligibility determinations, referrals to appropriate agencies,
-Plans and supervises work of case managers engaged in the intake and assessment of senior citizens needs; authorizes home delivered meals, homemakers servicers and transportation for eligible clients,
-Assists Program Manager with management of grant programs as well as client feedback, surveys, department time studies, etc.
-Re-evaluates “waiting lists” on a quarterly basis to determine needs, priorities or names to be added or deleted,
-Advanced knowledge and skills in developing division objectives, operating procedures and systems of monitoring and evaluation of service deliver.
Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related field.
-Four (4) years experience in Outreach, other social services or working with elderly clients (a comparable amount of training, education or experience can be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
   
Park Maintenance Technician – Facilities Maintenance – FT $21,380
Maintenance of grounds, fields and parks.  Knowledge of grounds/landscape maintenance preferred.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency,
Valid Florida Driver’s with safe driving record – no more than 3 points off of license for infractions.
 
Custodian – Facilities Maintenance – FT $19,547
Housekeeping type maintenance of Emergency Operations Center, Administrative Annex and Health Department.  Work involves routine tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, dusting, polishing floors, washing walls, cleaning restrooms, windows, walks and fixtures; does related work as may be required.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or acceptable equivalency,
Valid Florida Driver’s with safe driving record – no more than 3 points off of license for infractions.

All clerical positions require a TABE test with a minimum score of 11.0.  TABE Tests are good for two years.  If you have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, you do not have to have a TABE Test.
