Commissioner Margaret Garrard Helton

      Margaret Garrard Helton was elected 2008.  Her term expires in 2012.  Commissioner Helton is currently enrolled in the Florida Association of Counties Advanced County Commissioner Certification Program.  She is the owner of Garrard’s Bait and Tackle. 
 
      Commissioner Helton represents Okeechobee County on the following Boards and Committees:
